TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR TRAINING SERVICES
Effective 7th February 2017
By enrolling in one or more of our training events - course, workshop, conference, etc, whether conducted online or onsite - you accept the following terms and conditions which we may change periodically, without limitation or qualification, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local and international laws. If you do not agree with any of these, then do not use or access this site.
- All fees must be paid in full and in advance unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by Softclick Investments / SDscope.
2. You may transfer your registration to another individual without any charge, provided that you inform us of this change in writing prior to the event. If you cancel your registration at least one month prior to the event you will be fully refunded. If you cancel your registration less than one month prior to the event, you will be charged the full fee and you will be issued a future credit note to use on an event within 12 months of the issue date. If the event is must be postponed, your registration will be automatically transferred to the new date and platform. If the event is cancelled you will be automatically given a future credit valid for 12 months from issue for another event or equivalent product/service of your choice.
3, Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing with Softclick Investments/SDscope, we reserve the sole right to use material, including images, videos and audio (including all worldwide copyrights therein), received by or obtained by us in the course of the event, for whatever use deemed proper by us (e.g., promotion of future events) without compensation to anyone, and free of any claims of anyone associated or not with such material.
4. While speakers and topics are confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond our control may prompt replacements, changes or withdrawals of the speakers and/or topics. Therefore, we reserve the right to change or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on the event web page as soon as possible. We reserve the right to make changes to the program without notice.
5. We will make the event presentations available for download after the event. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, this may be difficult or even impossible for certain presentations.
